Me & Lil'emo saw these movie trailers in the theatre last night, and I'm super excited for both of them to come out! I can't wait to see them!
We saw these trailers before we watched Beowulf last night. It was a good movie, but not so much my style. Me & Lil'emo both agreed that it was more intense then we thought it would be; if you like lots of action and battle scenes involving demons and mosters, check Beowulf out! The movie is actually based on a centuries-old poem by the same title which is over 3,000 lines long. Me & Lil'emo actually completed an assignment in calligraphy class as eigth graders where we wrote out part of the poem in calligraphy...

Away in the treacherous fens,
beyond the moor,
a hideous monster lurked,
fiend from hell,
misbegotton son of a foul mother,
Grendel his name.

It's funny to read the poem and then go watch the movie...you just don't expect to see a moive made out of a poem! The line "misbegotton son of a foul mother" is portrayed very well by Angelina Jolie's character, who is the moster Grendel's mother. Anyway, I won't say any more in case you actually want to see the movie ;)
